We’ve fixed some HTTP 400 errors that were being thrown on page load for guest users.

Customers (not opted-in) were being opted-in after visiting their Account page if they were present in the dotdigital account regardless of their opt-in status; this is no longer the case.

Customer’s <code>lastModifiedDateTime</code> is now updated after each new order so that any address changes can be synced by dotdigital
