Set up manual product recommendations
You can access manual product recommendation settings by going to System > Configuration > DOTMAILER > Dynamic Content.
The products that you want to manually push need to be entered as comma-separated product IDs under Products.
You can use the product picker to easily find, select and enter product IDs.
Select Choose Products to open the picker.
Select the products you want. Their IDs are automatically populated in the Products field.
Fallback products
It's useful to have fallback products ready should any products due to go into your emails be unusable, so these they can be replaced. These fallbacks also need to be entered as comma-separated product IDs under Fallback Products.
Select Save Config to confirm any changes.
