Product recommendations ROI reports

Learn how to see how much revenue your product recommendations have collected.


Return on investment (ROI) reports for product recommendations let you see how much revenue your product recommendations have accumulated over a specific time.

You can use these reports to determine how well each product recommendation is performing, and improve those that aren't performing well.

To see ROI reports for your product recommendations, you must set up our ROI tracking scripts on your ecommerce site.

View the ROI reports

You can find the ROI reports for product recommendations in two areas of the app:

  • Campaigns > Product recommendations
  • Reporting > Product recommendations reports

On both of these pages, you see a list of product recommendations.

To view the ROI report for a recommendation, select the figure in the Total revenue column. This figure is the total revenue for that product recommendation. The revenue report shows the value of orders from recommendations across any channels you have added them to, including email campaigns, landing pages, or on your website.

To filter the report by date range, use the Date range filter in the top-right-hand corner.

The data in the report applies only to the selected period in the Date range filter.
