Return on investment (ROI) reports for product recommendations allow you to see how much revenue your product recommendations have accumulated over a specific period of time.
These reports can be used to determine how well each product recommendation is performing, and improve those that aren't performing so well.
To see ROI reports for product recommendations, your ecommerce site must be set up with our ROI tracking scripts.
You can access the ROI reports for product recommendations in the following areas of the app:
- Campaigns > Product recommendations
- Reporting > Product recommendations reports
On both of these pages, you'll see a list of product recommendations. To view the ROI report for a recommendation, click the figure in the 'Total revenue' column. This figure is the total revenue for that product recommendation.
To filter the report by date range, use the 'Date range' filter in the top-right-hand corner.
The data in the report applies only to the selected period in the 'Date range' filter.
