There are two ways to use surveys, pages and forms on your site:
Embed within a webpage
Add as a popup on a webpage
Generate embed code
Go to Content > Surveys, pages, and forms, and select the page you want to embed.
Select PUBLISHED PAGE, at the top-right of the page.
Under Generate embed or popup code, select GENERATE EMBED CODE.
Copy the generated code and paste it between the HTML
<body>tags of your site.
