Learn how to check your connection status and find out what to do if you have connection problems.
Overview
Suppose you're having problems with your Dotdigital for Magento 2 connection or want to check everything is running smoothly. In that case, you can check the connection status and the Dotdigital account you’re connected to from inside your Magento 2 account.
View the connection status
To view your Dotdigital for Magento 2 connection status:
- In Magento 2, go to Stores > Configuration.
- Expand the Dotdigital side menu, then select Accounts.
- Under Settings, you can see your connection status in the banner.
The status tells you whether the connection is live or failing and which Dotdigital account you are connected to.
Troubleshooting
If you're experiencing problems with your connection, it could be because of the following reasons:

API credentials aren't valid |

API password has changed in Dotdigital |
