Send campaigns only to subscribers

To conform to international email spam laws and best email marketing practice, and to maintain a good sending reputation, make sure that you send campaigns only to the Store subscribers address book. These are the contacts whom you have permission to send marketing campaigns to.Customers and subscribers
The system prevents you from being able to sync customers and subscribers to the same address book, ensuring that they always remain separate.
