Features
The features of the eStar integration:
- Syncs three data types:
- Subscribed and non-subscribed contacts
- Order data
- Product catalog
Contact data
Your eStar contacts are synced into a Dotdigital address book called eStar Contacts. If you have chosen to sync both subscribed and non-subscribed contacts, you can use a segment based on the NEWSLETTER_SUBSCRIBE data field to differentiate between the two.
To learn more, check out the article Create a segment.
Address book selection
If you want your eStar subscribers to be added to a different address book on sync, you can discuss this with us during the integration setup. Alternatively, you could use an automated program to move contacts from the eStar subscribers address book to another address book of your choice. To learn more, check out the article Using programs to add contacts to address books and other programs.
