Replace Send SMS action nodes in live programs

  1. Go to Automation > Programs, and find any active programs containing a Send SMS node.

  2. Copy the SMS message content from these nodes so you can use it later.

  3. Create corresponding triggered SMS campaigns.
    To do this, go to Automation > Triggered SMS, and paste the copied SMS content into the new campaigns, and save them.

  4. Return to Automation > Programs, and temporarily deactivate any programs that contain a Send SMS node.

  5. Replace the Send SMS node with an SMS Campaign node in the deactivated programs.

  6. Select the node, then, in the side panel, select the corresponding SMS campaign.

  7. Select SAVE, and reactivate the program.
