This article shows you how to add a single contact. You can also import multiple contacts at once.

Before you start
Required permissions
To use this feature, you must be an account owner or have the following user permissions:
Contacts
Can create contacts
Learn more about user permissions.
Add a contact
Go to Audience > Contacts.
Expand the NEW CONTACT drop-down menu at the top of the page and select Add contact.
Enter the contact’s Email address, Mobile number, or both.
Select ADD CONTACT.
For mobile numbers, either:
use the international phone number format with (+): +44 7000 000000
select the relevant country flag and enter the local number: 07000 000000
The contact is added to your account.
Edit a contact's details
Go to Audience > Contacts.
Find and select the contact you want to edit.
On the Single customer view, select the Data fields tab.
Edit any details you want to change.
Select SAVE.
