Go to Audience > Contacts.
Find and select the contact you want to add to your program.
On the Single customer view, expand the CONTACT ACTIONS drop-down menu, then select Add to program.
Select SELECT PROGRAM.
Select the programs you want to add the contact to.
Select ADD TO PROGRAM.
Only active programs are available for selection.
