Add a contact to a program
To add a contact to a program from the Single customer view:
Go to Audience > Contacts.
Find and select the contact you want to add to your program.
On the Single customer view, expand the CONTACT ACTIONS drop-down menu, then select Add to program.
Select SELECT PROGRAM.
Select the programs you want to add the contact to.
Select ADD TO PROGRAM.
