If you want to build a segment similar to an existing one, it’s sometimes easier to create a copy and then edit the copy. Or, if you decide you want to change the rules of a segment, you can edit it to include more, fewer, or different contacts. You can also change the name of a segment.
Copy a segment
Go to Audience > Segments.
Find the segment you want to copy and select Copy.
Enter a name for your copied segment.
Expand the Segment location drop-down menu and select a folder.
Select CONTINUE.
You can now edit and save your copied segment.
Edit a segment
Go to Audience > Segments.
Find the segment you want to edit and select the Edit icon.
Edit your segment.
Select Save.
Rename a segment
Go to Audience > Segments.
Select the check box for the segment you want to rename.
Expand the MORE ACTIONS drop-down menu, and select Rename segment.
Enter a new name for your segment.
Select CONTINUE.
