You can copy a variety of items to other accounts in your team structure.

A team is a group of different accounts under one invoice.

To copy content between accounts:

  • The owner email of the account you’re copying from must have access to the account you’re copying to.

  • You must copy content from within the originating account, so your user profile must have access to the account you want to copy from.
Learn more in the section User access to accounts.

When you copy an item to a different account, we copy the structure or design, as appropriate.

You then edit the copied item in the new account to add in the campaigns, data fields, Liquid personalisation and other account-specific details you need.

Copies are created in the top-level folder for the item type in the selected accounts. For example, the Campaigns folder.

Email campaigns

  1. Go to Campaigns > Email.

  2. Select either the Sent or Unsent tab.
You can also copy campaigns which are in the outbox.

  3. Select the checkbox for the campaigns you want to copy.

  4. Expand the MORE ACTIONS drop-down menu and select Copy campaigns to other accounts.

  5. In the Copy campaign side panel:

    1. Select CHOOSE ACCOUNTS, then select the accounts you want to copy the campaign to. Select APPLY.

    2. If you're copying a single campaign, enter a name for the copied campaign.
It's not possible to rename multiple campaigns at once. If you copy more than one campaign at the same time, copies are named Copy of [original campaign name].

  6. Select SAVE.

Programs

Before you start

  • You won’t be able to save or activate a copied program until you have added in the account-specific details, for example, which campaigns to send, or Insight data collections to use in decision nodes.

  1. Go to Automation > Programs.

  2. Select the checkbox for the programs you want to copy.

You can copy multiple programs at a time to other accounts.

  3. Expand the MORE ACTIONS drop-down menu and select Copy programs to other accounts.

  4. In the Copy program side panel:

    1. Select CHOOSE ACCOUNTS, then select the accounts you want to copy the program to. Select APPLY.

    2. If you're copying a single program, enter a name for the copied program.
It's not possible to rename multiple programs at once. If you copy more than one program at the same time, copies are named Copy of [original program name].

  5. Select SAVE.

Segments

  1. Go to Audience > Segments.

  2. Select the checkbox for the segments you want to copy.

  3. Expand the MORE ACTIONS drop-down menu and select Copy to accounts.

  4. In the Copy segment side panel:

    1. Select CHOOSE ACCOUNTS, then select the accounts you want to copy the segment to. Select APPLY.

    2. If you're copying a single segment, enter a name for the copied segment.
It's not possible to rename multiple segments at once. If you copy more than one segment at the same time, copies are named Copy of [original segment name].

  5. Select SAVE.

Surveys, pages, and forms

  1. Go to Content > Surveys, pages, and forms.

  2. Select the checkbox for the pages, surveys, or forms you want.

  3. Expand the MORE ACTIONS drop-down menu.

  4. Select Copy surveys, pages and forms to other accounts.

  5. In the Copy survey, page, or form side panel:

    1. Select CHOOSE ACCOUNTS, then select the accounts you want to copy the survey, page, or form to. Select APPLY.

    2. If you're copying a single survey, page, or form, enter a name for the copy.
It's not possible to rename multiple surveys, pages, or forms at once. If you copy more than one survey, page, or form at the same time, copies are named Copy of [original name].

  6. Select SAVE.

Custom building blocks

Before you start

  • You can create custom building blocks for email campaigns and for Surveys, pages, and forms. The two types of custom block are distinct and not compatible with one another. Email campaign blocks don’t appear in the Surveys, pages, and forms editor, and vice versa.

  • Dynamic content blocks must be built in the account you want to use them in. This is because dynamic content relies on account-specific data to work.

  1. Open any email campaign or survey, page, or form in EasyEditor.

  2. Expand the Custom building blocks section in the left side panel.

  3. Hover over the block you want to copy, and select the Copy icon.

  4. In the Copy block side panel, select CHOOSE ACCOUNTS, then select the accounts you want to copy the block to.

  5. Select APPLY.

  6. For Name, enter a name for the copied building block.

  7. Select SAVE.

Templates

The process to share templates across accounts is slightly different.
