You can copy a variety of items to other accounts in your team structure.
A team is a group of different accounts under one invoice.
To copy content between accounts:
The owner email of the account you’re copying from must have access to the account you’re copying to.
You must copy content from within the originating account, so your user profile must have access to the account you want to copy from.

When you copy an item to a different account, we copy the structure or design, as appropriate.
You then edit the copied item in the new account to add in the campaigns, data fields, Liquid personalisation and other account-specific details you need.
Copies are created in the top-level folder for the item type in the selected accounts. For example, the Campaigns folder.
Email campaigns
Go to Campaigns > Email.
Select either the Sent or Unsent tab.
You can also copy campaigns which are in the outbox.Select the checkbox for the campaigns you want to copy.
Expand the MORE ACTIONS drop-down menu and select Copy campaigns to other accounts.
In the Choose accounts side panel, select the accounts you want to copy the campaign to, then select CONTINUE.
Programs
Before you start
You won’t be able to save or activate a copied program until you have added in the account-specific details, for example, which campaigns to send, or Insight data collections to use in decision nodes.
Go to Automation > Programs.
Select the checkbox for the programs you want to copy.
You can copy multiple programs at a time to other accounts.
Expand the MORE ACTIONS drop-down menu and select Copy programs to other accounts.
In the Select accounts side panel, select the accounts you want to copy to, then select APPLY.
Segments
Go to Audience > Segments.
Select the checkbox for the segments you want to copy.
Expand the MORE ACTIONS drop-down menu and select Copy to accounts.
In the Select accounts side panel, select the accounts you want to copy the segment to, then select APPLY.
Surveys, pages, and forms
Go to Content > Surveys, pages, and forms.
Select the checkbox for the pages, surveys, or forms you want.
Expand the MORE ACTIONS drop-down menu.
Select Copy surveys, pages and forms to other accounts.
In the Select accounts side panel, select the checkboxes for the accounts you want to copy to.
Select APPLY.
Custom building blocks
Before you start
You can create custom building blocks for email campaigns and for Surveys, pages and forms. The two types of custom block are distinct and not compatible with one another. Email campaign blocks don’t appear in the Surveys, pages, and forms editor, and vice versa.
Open any email campaign or survey, page, or form in EasyEditor.
Expand the Custom building blocks section in the left side panel.
Hover over the block you want to copy, and select the Copy icon.
In the Select accounts side panel, select the accounts you want to copy the block to.
Select APPLY.
