Keep key colleagues informed about how your email campaigns are performing by scheduling automated reports for up to 25 email addresses. Scheduled reports include data for all email campaigns sent from the account and can be delivered daily or weekly.
Before you start
Things you need to know:
You can't schedule updates for specific campaigns. Updates apply to all email campaigns sent from the account.
Schedule emailed reports
To schedule emailed reports:
Select Analytics > Reports. You'll be taken to the main email reports screen, which lists all sent email campaigns for the last 30 days (this time period is a default setting and can be changed by selecting Date range:).
Select MANAGE MY EMAIL UPDATES, located in the top right of the screen
Set the Email updates enabled toggle to ON.
In the Send to field, enter the email addresses of colleagues you want to send updates to, up to a maximum of 25.
Specify the frequency with which the report is sent (daily or weekly), at what time of day the report is sent, plus specify a time period for sent campaigns that are included in the report (up to a maximum of the last month).
Select SAVE.
Your email summary reports will now be sent as scheduled to the email addresses you've chosen.
You can remove, edit and add email addresses at any time.
To stop sending report updates completely, toggle Email updates enabled to OFF.
