The order screen lets you drill down and understand the data around your store's orders. We split the orders screen into two sections: reporting tiles and an itemized order table.

Find the orders page

To view your orders, go to Connect > Commerce data > Orders.

Set the date range

  1. Select Date range.

  2. From the side panel, select the date range drop-down menu, and choose the time frame you want to see data within.

The options for date range are Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, This year, Last year, and All time. By default, All time is selected.

  3. Select Apply.

No data when filtering for today

Currently, if you filter for today, you won't see any order data. This is due to a slight delay while processing the exchange rate and converting orders into the base currency. We recommend viewing order data on the following day using the filter Yesterday.

Reporting tiles

The orders page has three reporting tiles: total revenue, average order value (AOV), and total orders. Each tile is interactive, and you can select them for further insights.

Orders table

The order table shows an itemized list of your orders within the determined date range. By default, the table has six columns:

Table display settings

The table display settings let you sort the table and choose what information you want to see.

To use the table display settings:

  1. Select Display at the top-right of the table.

  2. Under the heading Sort by, use the drop-down menu to choose a sort order.
The sorting options are Order date (ascending) or Order date (descending).

  3. Under the heading Visible columns, clear the check box for any data items you don’t want to see. To see all, select Select all.

The data items options are Details, Email, Items, Order date, Order ID, and Order total.

  4. Select Apply.

Viewing additional order information

To view more details about a particular order in the order table, select the Details icon of that order row within the orders table. The details icon opens a side panel showing you everything about the order.
