Commerce orders

View detailed information about the orders in your commerce store.

The orders screen lets you drill down into and understand your store’s order data. The orders screen is split into two sections: reporting tiles and an itemised order table.

Find the orders page

To view your orders, go to Connect > Commerce data > Orders.

Set the date range

  1. Select DATE RANGE.

  2. From the side panel, select the date range drop-down menu, and choose the time frame you want to see data within.
The available date ranges are Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, This year, Last year, and All time.
By default, All time is selected.

  3. Select APPLY.

No data when filtering for today

If you filter for today, you won't see any order data. This happens because there is a short delay while exchange rates are processed and orders are converted into the base currency. We recommend viewing order data on the following day using the Yesterday filter.

Reporting tiles

The orders page has three reporting tiles: total revenue, average order value (AOV), and total orders. Each tile is interactive, and provides additional insights when selected.

Orders table

The order table shows an itemized list of your orders within the determined date range. By default, the table displays six columns:

Column

Description

Order ID

The ID of the order.

Email

The buyer's email address.

Items

The number of items in the order.

Order total

The total cost of the order.

Order date

The date the customer made the order.

Details

A link to view additional order information.

Learn how to choose what columns you see in Table display settings.

Search for an order

To find a specific order, enter the order ID into the search box at the top of the table.

Table display settings

The table display settings let you sort the table and choose what information you want to see.

To use the table display settings:

  1. Select DISPLAY at the top-right of the table.

  2. Under Sort by, use the drop-down menu to choose a sort order.
You can sort by Order date (ascending) or Order date (descending).

  3. Under Visible columns, clear the check box for any data items you don’t want to see. To show all columns, select Select all.
The data items options are Details, Email, Items, Order date, Order ID, and Order total.

  4. Select APPLY.

View additional order information

To view more details about a particular order in the order table, select the Details icon of that order row within the orders table. The details icon opens a side panel showing you everything about the order.
