Expand the User menu, then go to Settings > Chat > Settings.

Select your team name tab.

Under Team agents, select + CHOOSE AGENTS.

Select the X next to the agent's email address to remove them.

Once complete, collapse the Chat team management side panel to go back to your Chat settings.

Select SAVE at the bottom of the page.
