If you're having problems with your Dotdigital for Adobe Commerce (previously Magento 2) connection or want to make sure everything is running smoothly, you can check the connection status and the Dotdigital account you’re connected to from inside your Adobe Commerce account.
View the connection status
To view your Dotdigital for Adobe Commerce connection status:
In your Adobe Commerce account, go to Stores > Configuration > DOTDIGITAL > Accounts and find the heading Settings.
From here, you can see your connection status in the banner. The status tells you whether the connection is live or failing and which Dotdigital account you are connected to.
