Sending well-written email campaigns to your contacts is an excellent way to increase engagement and improve your business’s reputation. Our AI pup, WinstonAI, can check for any potential grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors in your email campaign’s text blocks in EasyEditor, and provide a suitable alternative.

Before you start

Things you need to know:

  • WinstonAI is an artificial intelligence tool powered by Microsoft Azure’s OpenAI service and ChatGPT, and it might produce incorrect responses. It is crucial to examine any suggestions provided by WinstonAI thoroughly before making changes to your email campaign.

  • WinstonAI runs against a model in Azure that's specific to Dotdigital. The model discards all information after providing feedback on your campaign.

  • WinstonAI grammar check is currently in beta for Public preview users.

  • Based on a fair usage policy, we ask you to use WinstonAI responsibly. Maximum 200 requests per account every 24 hours.

  • WinstonAI grammar check works with the following text-based blocks in EasyEditor:

    • Title

    • Subtitle

    • Section title

    • Text

    • Image & text

    • Text & image

Grammar check an email campaign

  1. In EasyEditor, select your text block.

  2. Select the WinstonAI icon on your text block.

  3. WinstonAI grammar check automatically scans your text block and provides the following:

    • Winston’s rewrite

      Winston’s rewritten version of your text with corrections.

    • Grammar feedback

      Feedback on the grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors WinstonAI detected in the original text.

  4. Select COPY to copy Winston’s rewrite to your clipboard, and paste it back into your text block.
