New in store is a non-personalised recommendation. Filter its list of products using the recommendation builder to create more specific recommendations, such as New in store products less than £100.

This recommendation returns a maximum of 10 results.
To use New in store, review the Insight data dependencies for this type of recommendation.
You have synced data to your account.
Products have a price greater than zero.
The created_date (date) attribute must be populated on the catalog schema.
If you use Magento/Adobe Commerce, you must use connector version 4.23.6+ for created_date to sync to Dotdigital.

Create a New in store product recommendation
Go to Content > Products > Recommendations.
Select CREATE RECOMMENDATION.
Hover over the New in store tile, and select SELECT.

New in store recommendations are built from your entire Insight data collection. The builder applies a weighting curve to ensure that recommendations remain relevant over time.
