If you have a Feefo account, then you can integrate with it through the Magento connector to make use of its trusted ratings, reviews and feedback on your products.
To access Feefo settings, go to System > Configuration > DOTMAILER > Automation > Feefo.
Set up the Feefo integration
To do this, provide your Feefo login, set the amount of reviews per product, enter the name of your logo template and make use of the service score and product reviews URL provided.
The service score URL creates an external dynamic content block providing your current Feefo score, which continually updates itself, whilst the product reviews URL gets reviews for abandoned baskets/carts, based upon the reviews per product you've set.
