Using our Dotdigital for Shopline integration, you can then decide what programs you enrol your customers and subscribers onto based on their actions (scenarios).

Scenarios for enrolment
There are four different scenarios for enrolling customers and subscribers onto a program:
Scenario | Definition |
Enrol new customers to | Enrols all new customers (contacts who have purchased from or entered their email addresses on your store) to a program. |
Enrol new subscribers to | Enrols all new subscribers to a program |
Enrol customers on each new order to | Enrols all customers to a specific program after making an order in your store. |
Enrol customer on their first order to | Enrols all customers to a specific program after making their first order in your store. |
Choose programs for your customers and subscribers
Go to Connect and select the Shopline tile under Installed integrations and extensions.
To choose a program for all new customers. Expand the Enrol new customers to drop-down menu, and select your New customer program.
To choose a program for all new subscribers. Expand the Enrol new subscribers to drop-down menu, and select your New subscriber program.
To choose a program for customers after they make an order. Expand the Enrol customers on each new order to drop-down menu, and select your after-order program.
To choose a program for customers after they make their first order. Expand the Enrol customer on their first order to drop-down menu, and select your after-first-order program.
Select SAVE.
