Schedule sending up-to-date campaign reports

If you want to keep key colleagues in the loop about how your campaigns are performing, then you can schedule up to 25 email addresses to automatically receive up-to-date reports either daily or weekly.

Please note: it's not possible to schedule updates for specific campaigns. Updates apply to all campaigns sent from the account.

Scheduling emailed campaign report

To schedule emailed campaign reports:

  1. Select Reporting > Campaign reports from the navigation menu. You'll be taken to the main campaign reporting screen, which lists all sent campaigns for the last 30 days (this time period is a default setting and can be changed by selecting Date range:).
  2. Select Manage my email updates, located in the top right of the screen

  3. Enter the email addresses of colleagues into the 'Email updates' panel that slides in, up to a maximum of 25.

Specify the frequency with which the report is sent (daily or weekly), at what time of day the report is sent, plus specify a time period for sent campaigns that are included in the report (up to a maximum of the last month).

  4. Select Save.

Your campaign summary reports will now be emailed as scheduled to the email addresses you've stipulated.

You can remove, edit and add email addresses at any time.

To stop sending report updates, toggle 'Email updates enabled' to Off.

I like this feature, however it would be really good if you can email specific reports not just an overview of everything. Campaigns usually have different stakeholders that want updates on just a particular or grouping of campaigns.

    Hi there, Ben

This is a great suggestion, and I have passed it on to our Product Management Team. You can keep an eye out for future developments via our handy Roadmap that can be found here:
If you have any other suggestions or feedback, feel free to submit it via the 'Feedback and ideas' tab on the right side of the Roadmap page.

    Thanks for sharing!
