Copy an email campaign

Learn how to copy one of your email campaigns.


Any sent or unsent campaigns you've created can be copied, allowing you to easily edit an existing campaign without having to start all over again from scratch.

Steps to copy a campaign

  1. Go to Campaigns > All Campaigns.

  2. Select either the Sent or Unsent tab, as appropriate

  3. Using the checkboxes provided, select the campaign you wish to copy

  4. Select More actions to display the drop-down menu

  5. Select Copy campaign

  6. Give the copied campaign a new name, and choose which folder you'd like to put the new campaign in from the dropdown (you can always change these later on if you wish)

  7. Select Copy

The copied campaign will appear, as newly named, within the selected campaign folder location under the Unsent tab. From here, you can edit it.
