Save an email campaign into a template

Any sent or unsent campaigns that you've created can be copied to your template library for future use.

Saving campaigns to templates is handy because it allows you to modify preferred designs for continual reuse. This prevents repeatedly copying and then editing a specific campaign or, even less preferably, starting completely from scratch.


Before you start

Things you need to know:


Converting a campaign into a template

  1. Go to Campaigns > Email.

  2. Select either the Sent or Unsent tab as appropriate

  3. Using the checkboxes to the left, select the campaign you want to create the template from.

  4. Expand the MORE ACTIONS drop-down menu, and select Save as template.

    You’re taken to the Choose a template screen where you can create a campaign from your new template.

To rename the template:

  1. Go to Content > Templates > Custom email templates.

  2. Hover over and select the checkbox for the template you want to rename.
    To edit the design of the new template, select the Edit icon.

  3. Expand the MORE ACTIONS drop-down menu, and select Rename template.

  4. Enter a new name for your template and select CONTINUE to confirm the name change.
