All customers (except those paying by direct debit) can view, download and pay invoices online with saved debit and credit card details.
You can also pay invoices with your PayPal account if you have one.
The main account holder and any user with the 'Can manage account' permission enabled can pay invoices online.
Viewing and paying invoices
To see all of your invoices, obtain copies and pay them, click on the person-and-cog icon in the top-bottom left corner of the screen and select Account from the settings menu.
From the 'Account' screen, select the Invoices tab.
This will detail all the invoices raised on your account.
Click on Preview to download a PDF copy of an invoice, which can of course also be printed off. Alternatively, click on the CSV option to download a CSV version.
To pay multiple outstanding invoices, tick the invoices you'd like to pay and then click on More actions and select Pay invoices.
You can also click on Pay now to pay a single invoice.
You are taken through to the 'Make a payment' screen.
Your billing address will already be filled in if it's stored in your 'Billing details' tab.
You can pay with either a credit or debit card or via PayPal. Select the appropriate option.
If you're paying with a credit or debit card, enter the card's details and click Pay now. You'll be taken back to the 'Invoices' tab where a message will confirm successful payment and inform you that you'll receive a confirmation email shortly.
If you're paying by PayPal, then you'll be redirected to their site after clicking Pay now to complete your payment.
The payment method details you first enter on the payment screen are then stored under 'Payment details' in the 'Billing details' tab.
Click Edit payment details if you need to change anything.
To set up automatic payments for this payment method for all future invoices, tick the option provided.
Any other details you change in the 'Billing details' tab will need to be confirmed by clicking Save in the bottom right corner of the screen.
