The Button block

Learn how to add buttons to your email campaign or landing page in EasyEditor with the Button block.

Overview

You can add buttons to your campaign or landing page with the Button block. You can use this block to send your contacts to a new page through a personalised button.

Add a button

To add a button to your email campaign or landing page, drag the Button block onto the EasyEditor canvas.

The button automatically matches the styling of any other buttons that are nearby.

Edit button settings

To edit the settings of a button, select a button from the EasyEditor canvas that’s in your email campaign or landing page. This opens the Settings panel.

To add a link to your button, select Add a link.

Select Button to:

  • Change the colour of the button
    Enter a hex code or select the Colour picker icon to choose a colour in the Colour area.

  • Align the button
    Move the button to the left, right, centre, or full-width in the selected area in the Alignment area.
  • Add horizontal and vertical padding
    Edit the pixel size or select the arrows to change the padding of your button in the Padding area.
  • Set a minimum width
    Edit the pixel size to make your button appear at a minimum width in the Minimum width area.

Select Borders to:

  • Set a button border colour
    Enter a hex code or select the Colour picker icon to choose a colour in the Colour area.

  • Set a button border width
    Edit the pixel size to adjust the border width of your button in the Border width area.
  • Set a button border-radius
    Edit the pixel size to adjust the border radius of your button in the Border radius area.

To manage your button styles, select Manage button styles.

Edit button text

To edit your button text, selecting the button and entering the text you want to be displayed. To change the style of your text, use the text style options in the text toolbar.
