Mark a chat session as complete

Learn to close a chat session and mark it as complete.

Overview

After solving your customer's request, it's time to mark your chat session as complete.

Completing a chat session

To complete your chat session:

  1. On the chat interface, select the chat session you want to complete – this opens the chat window.
  2. Select the green check mark in the top right of the chat window.

  3. Select Complete chat.

You've now completed the chat. If you need to find it later, use the chat filter to view your Completed chats queue.
