Learn to remove agents from your existing Chat team.
If your Chat team is getting too big or members have moved on, then it's time to remove some agents.
Before you start
You must be a Chat admin to remove agents from your team.

Removing agents from your team
To remove agents from your Chat team:
- Go to Chat > Settings in Engagement Cloud.
- Select your team name tab.
- Under Team agents, select + Choose agents.
- Select the red x next to the agent's email address to remove them.
- Once complete, select the X in the top-right to go back to your Chat settings.
