  3. If you want to add an Other option, select the Allow other check box.

Autocomplete options

Autocomplete provides automated assistance to contacts entering form field values.

If you selected the Allow other check box you can choose to enable or disable autocomplete for other answers in your form block.

To edit your form block's autocomplete settings:

  1. Select the form block.

  2. Select the Settings tab.

  3. Expand the Autocomplete drop-down menu and choose one of the following options:

    1. On
By default, autocomplete is set to On. This means the browser makes an educated guess and autocompletes the field based on the information it has when a contact enters their answer.

    2. Off
This prevents the browser from autocompleting the form field.

3. Add multiple choice options

You can choose either predefined options or create your own custom ones.

Pre-defined list

The predefined options let you create popular multiple-choice options quickly. You can choose pre-defined options for:

  • Age groups

  • Cities in the UK

  • Counties in the UK

  • Countries in the World

  • Days

  • Duration

  • Frequency

  • Months

  • Strongly disagree to Strongly agree

  • Timezones

  • US states

To add predefined options to your drop-down menu:

  1. Select the block to open the Settings menu.

  2. From the Settings menu, select Choose a predefined list.

  3. From the Choose a predefined list side-panel, expand the Choose a list drop-down menu.

  4. Select the predefined list you want to use.

  5. Select Apply.

  6. If you want to add a default option, in the settings menu, expand the Default selection drop-down menu and choose a default option.

Create a custom list

Sometimes you might need a list that isn’t in the predefined options. To create your own custom list:

  1. On the Multiple choice block, select the first item.

  2. Enter the text for your item.

  3. To add additional items, select Click to add item and enter another option.

If you need to remove an item, select the X next to the item.

That’s it! Continue editing your survey, page, or form.
