The Wishlist app blocks let you insert real‑time wishlist items directly into your triggered email templates, including reminders, back‑in‑stock notices, and price‑drop messages. Once installed in Dotdigital, the blocks appear in EasyEditor and you can customise them to match your layout, branding, and the product details you want to highlight.
Before you start

How the block works
The block dynamically pulls the customer’s wishlist items when the campaign is sent.
Content updates in real time based on product availability, price changes, and stock levels.
The block requires a triggered email template linked to a Wishlist notification type.
You can configure this in The Wishlist admin.
1. Add a Wishlist block to a campaign
In Dotdigital, go to Campaigns > Email.
Create a new campaign or open an existing one.
In EasyEditor, open the Building Blocks panel.
Scroll to The Wishlist Product Blocks.
Drag your preferred Wishlist layout onto the canvas.
Once placed, the configuration panel opens automatically.
2. Configure the Wishlist block
Wishlist blocks are fully configurable. In the settings panel, choose:
Product display settings
Maximum number of products to show
Which product attributes to include:
Product title
Brand
Current price
Original price
Stock level
Design and layout
Font family, size, and colour
Price styling

To view all available options, delete the default setting in each field. A full dropdown will appear.
