You can add content from your Fresh Relevance account directly into Dotdigital using App blocks.
You can also enable EasyEditor fields for your Slots and SmartBlocks to allow you to design and edit your Fresh Relevance content directly in Dotdigital’s EasyEditor.
Before you start
Things you need to know:
You must have a Fresh Relevance account.
To connect your Fresh Relevance and Dotdigital accounts, you must have an API user in Dotdigital.
Learn how in Create an API user.Fresh Relevance App blocks can be used in email campaigns and pages and forms.
App blocks can't be placed inside dynamic content blocks.
1. Connect Fresh Relevance to Dotdigital
In Fresh Relevance, expand the User menu and go to Settings > Triggers and Messaging integrations > Messaging Provider(s).
Expand the Service Provider drop-down menu and select Dotdigital. Then select NEXT.
Enter a name for your channel. Then select NEXT.
Choose something you can easily recognise, like Dotdigital or Email.Expand the API Region drop-down menu, then choose the region of your Dotdigital account.
Regions are based on the account location: R1 (Europe, Middle East and Africa), R2 (North America), R3 (Asia Pacific). If you're unsure, check out the article Get account information in our Developer Hub.
For API Account Username and API Account Password, enter your Dotdigital API username and password.

Select NEXT. You can now see Dotdigital in your available channels.
2. Push your Slots to Dotdigital with enabled EasyEditor fields

3. Add a Fresh Relevance App block to an email campaign or page
You can use Fresh Relevance App blocks in Dotdigital email campaigns and surveys, pages, and forms.
First, create or edit the email campaign or survey, page, or form you want to include an App block in.
Next:
From the EasyEditor Build menu, expand the Fresh Relevance App block menu.
Find the App block you want to add, then drag it into place on the EasyEditor canvas.
Select the block to open the editor side panel.
Add or edit content in any of the fields you want to change.
Select APPLY.
Design the rest of the campaign or page as you want it, and save.
