You can use coupon codes in your campaigns for many different reasons, but here are a few ideas to get you started:

  • Customer acquisition
Offer new subscribers a discount code as a welcome gift when subscribing to your mailing list.

  • Customer retention
Offer exclusive discounts to your customers to try and boost repeat purchases, improve loyalty, or encourage them to make a purchase.

  • Product launches
Drive sales for your new products by offering a discount.

  • Abandoned cart recovery
Add a coupon code to your abandoned cart emails to incentivize customers to complete their orders.

  • Promotions
Drive sales during crucial shopping periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday.

Before you start

Things you need to know:

  • Uniqodo App blocks are only available for use in email campaigns, not pages or forms.

  • Changing the end date in Uniqodo to end a promotion manually, or pausing a promotion, removes the App block from your account. Once your promotion has expired, you must update your campaigns to remove any old App blocks.

  • Changing the title of the promotion in Uniqodo changes the title of the App block in EasyEditor.

  • If you use a promotion redemption or code claim limit, codes aren't issued, and the App block is removed once the limit is reached.

  • App blocks are automatically removed from EasyEditor after a promotion expires.

  • If a promotion previously used with EasyEditor is reactivated, it becomes available in EasyEditor again.

  • Uniqodo App blocks can be placed on the base canvas and inside columns. They cannot be placed in dynamic content blocks. You can place them inside base Container blocks in the Surveys, pages, and forms EasyEditor.

To style the content of your App blocks, on the EasyEditor canvas, select the App block to open the style options, then select STYLE CONTENT at the bottom of the side panel.

Block details

The styles side panel displays basic details that can be customised for each App block.

These details might include names, review counts, or colours used for App block elements. Follow the on-screen guidance to make changes to these details.

Learn more about using the Style manager in Choose and manage styles.
