Things you need to know:

View best sellers and views product reports

Before editing your best sellers and most viewed product settings, it's important to view the products and best sellers reports first. This is to ensure any products that could be displayed over the selected time period remain enabled and in stock.

To view the best sellers and view product reports:

  1. Go to Reports > Best Sellers and Reports > Views.

  2. Expand the Period drop-down menu and choose Day, Month, or Year.

  3. Use the date picker to select From and To dates.

  4. Expand the Empty Rows drop-down menu and choose Yes or No.

  5. Select Show Report.

Edit best sellers and most viewed product settings

The products displayed within these dynamic content blocks makes use of the default Adobe Commerce Bestsellers and Views products reports, which can both be found in Reports > Products.

To edit your best sellers and most viewed product settings:

  1. Go to Stores > Configuration > DOTDIGITAL > Dynamic Content and find the headings Best Sellers and Most viewed.

  2. Expand the Display Type drop-down menu and choose Grid or List.

  3. Expand the Items to Display drop-down menu and choose the number of items you want to display.

  4. Expand the Time Period drop-down menu and choose the time Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

  5. Select Save Config.

Filter by category

In addition to pulling in content based on the selected time period, you are also able to filter these reports by adding a category ID to the end of the URLs we provide. This means, for example, you can ensure you only send the best sellers of your men's category to your male contacts.
