Dotdigital is a large platform with lots of areas to explore, this article is here to help you find your way around:
1. Navigation
The left-hand navigation panel is used to go to all the different areas of your Dotdigital account. The navigation panel is always available and can be used freely at anytime, from anywhere in Dotdigital.
You can expand and collapse the navigation panel by selecting the << icon.
2. Home
Select Home to return to the Homepage.
Don’t worry, we’ll always remind you to save your work before we teleport you back!
3. Audience
Your audience is made up of contacts, which are the email addresses and mobile numbers which you send your Dotdigital content to.

Expand the Audience drop-down menu and select one of the following areas:
Lists
Contacts
Segments
Personas
Suppressions
4. Campaigns
Create custom-built campaigns and send them to your contacts.
Expand the Campaigns drop-down menu and select one of the following areas:

Push notifications
5. Content
Utilise Dotdigital’s tools to build engaging content and grow your contact lists.
Expand the Content drop-down menu and select one of the following areas:
Templates
Surveys, pages, and forms
Images

6. Automation
Automate your workflows and everyday tasks using programs, triggered email campaigns, and triggered SMS campaigns.

Manage your settings, teams, users, billing and payment details.

Expand the User menu drop-down menu and select one of the following areas:

Notifications
See you account notifications for events like completed imports and campaign cancellations.

11. Overall activities
An at a glance comparison of your recent email, SMS, and Surveys, pages, and forms performance.
Metrics
Each metric infographic shows a percentage increase or decrease in comparison to the previous data range. For example, the below infographic indicates 76% more emails have been sent today in comparison to yesterday.
Change the activity area
To display metrics from different areas of your account:
Expand the activity drop-down menu.
Choose email, SMS, or Surveys, pages, and forms.
Change the date range
The date range works by comparing the metrics from a chosen date range to the previous date range of the same length. For example, today’s metrics compares to yesterday’s, and last week’s metrics compares to the week before.
To change the date range:
Expand the DATE RANGE drop-down menu.
Choose a date range.
The date range is limited to Last month.

12. Recent activity
A list of your most recently sent emails and SMS messages, and published Surveys, pages, and forms.
Change the activity area
To display recent activity from different areas of your account:
Expand the activity drop-down menu.
Choose email, SMS, or Surveys, pages, and forms.

13. Continue where you left off
This area shows you the last pieces of content you worked on in your account.
To continue working with an item:
Find the item you want to work on.
Expand the three dots more actions menu. You can select any tile to jump straight to editing.
Choose an action to continue working on an item.
Depending on what you choose, the action options are different. The table below shows all actions for each item type.

Change the view
To choose between content you worked on and content worked on by all users across the account:
Find the View toggle to the left of the Continue where you left off section.
Select the one-person icon to view the content you are personally working on.
Select the three-person icon to view content being worked on by all users.
