Create, edit, and upload SMS address books and contacts

Learn to create, edit, and upload SMS address books and contacts.

Overview

Contacts are important, and so is keeping track of them. This article shows how to manage your SMS contacts and address books.

SMS contacts and address books are created separately from your email contacts and address books.

Mobile number format

All imported numbers are treated as international, which means you must include the international country code and remove the leading 0 from the local number. You can prefix the international country code with + or you can leave it out.

For example, the UK’s country code is 44, so for the mobile number 07700900000, you could import the number as +447700900000 or 447700900000.
