Learn how to delete an address book.
Overview
You can delete address books that you no longer need or require.
Deleting an address book also clears out the contacts that belonged to it - but it doesn't remove those contacts from the 'All contacts' address book.
Before you start
Things you need to know:
- This article is for Chat for Magento, which is no longer available to new users.
Delete address books
To delete address books:
- Go to Contacts.
- Use the check boxes to the left of each address book to select ones you want to delete.
- Select Delete.
- You're then prompted to select Delete again to confirm this action.
