Learn how to empty address books.
You can empty address books of their contacts.
Performing this action means:
- The chosen address books remain intact but are emptied of all contacts, ready to be refilled
- Removed contacts remain in your All contacts address book (which is your master address book)
Before you start
Things you need to know:
Empty address books
To empty address books:
- Go to Contacts.
- Use the check boxes to the left of each address book to select ones you want to empty.
- Expand the More actions drop-down menu and select Empty selected address books.
- Select Empty to confirm.
- Select Okay.
